I have received a defective product. What do I do now?

That's unfortunate! We're happy to resolve this as soon as possible. Transport damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, along with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Please email us several photos of the damage and indicate which item is defective (see item numbers in the manual). We will get back to you no later than the next (working) day with an appropriate solution.

How can I cancel or return my order?

Would you like to cancel your undelivered order? No problem! Just give us a call or send us an email.If the goods have already left our warehouse or if you've already received the order and still wish to cancel, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to coordinate the return. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product and any accessories must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, if possible. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary for inspection, we may charge you for the depreciation. Handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packed for return. Assembled products cannot be returned.Please make sure to keep the pallet on which the items were delivered.If the pallet is missing upon return, we will charge a fee of &euro;40.After registering the return we will contact you as soon as possible about further handling. Once we have received the returned items in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned goods (including any shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be processed using your original payment method. If only a part of the order is returned, we do not reimburse the shipping costs.There are no costs for the return.

How long do I have warranty on my Waschturm cabinet?

For purchases made from 1 June 2024 onwards, a commercial warranty of 5 years shall apply. For purchases made before this date, the applicable warranty period was 2 years. This commercial warranty is separate from, and in addition to, the statutory rights to which you are entitled as a consumer. We are convinced that you will enjoy your Waschturm cabinet for a long time after this period!
